Deck of Death is the exercise app that allows you to customize your workout routine, track your progress and realize your fitness goals.
Each suit determines the type of exercise and each number indicates the repetitions. Select your level of difficulty, shuffle the deck and start flipping cards. Its that easy!
For example:
Hears = jumping jacks
Spade = sit-ups
Diamond = push-ups
Club = mountain climbers
Joker = burpees
After pressing start, the app will flip the first randomized card. After completing that exercise, continue tapping the screen for the next task. Keep on going until you make it through all 52 cards.
Use the Customize tool to add or eliminate exercises in order to target your fitness level and goals. Create and save custom workouts to challenge your friends or try one of our pre-generated workouts. DOD is designed as a total body workout that can be accomplished individually or as a group.
